All registrations will be handled through our ticketing portal. We no longer accept Paypal so a credit/debit card is required. We cannot accept mail-in or in-person cash for pre-registration. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you purchase your workshop or show tickets at the venue (considered "at the door"), we have a cash only policy. Many instructors that sell CDs or DVDs during class also prefer cash only.
Interested in a Payment Plan for the VIP packages? We have that available for you. Here's how it works:
- You must register for the payment plan by 11:59pm on October 31st and pay the deposit for your selected VIP package (with or without meals included). The payment plan is also subject to the no refund policy.
- Between November 1 and December 31st, you must make your second payment.
- Between January 1 and March 15, you must make your final payment.
- All payments must be made through the interface below within the published time frames.
- The competition fee is NOT included in the VIP packages.
- Late payments or unpaid balances can cause forfeiture of your payment plan registration.
